Ergonomics Manual
Increase the quality of life at work
Review of the work
Only through ergonomic procedures can problems be addressed that, such as back injuries or repetitive microtrauma, are repeatedly present today in many work activities. They are compiled, from the historical antecedents, to the theoretical foundations and the most outstanding techniques aimed at avoiding diseases and occupational accidents of ergonomic etiology. Likewise, its normative base is compiled, showing which prevention practices have a legislative base and which lack it. The outstanding bibliographic citations consulted and the study of the implications of other subjects on ergonomics, ensure the rigor of this manual and define it as a useful instrument in preventive practice.
