Beatriz Montes Berges. She is a Doctor in Social Psychology and permanent professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Jaén. She has been a professor in the Nursing degree since 2003. She has organized numerous courses for the Nursing and Physiotherapy degrees, among which are several editions of transversal skills courses. Her extensive experience in the field of clinical psychology and in the use of group dynamics methodology guarantees the direction and coordination of this book, which aims to train basic competencies for the personal and professional growth of nurses and physiotherapists.
